An Area Coordinator was standing on the first floor of a warehouse, underneath the 2nd floor mezzanine, when a cordless band saw fell from the mezzanine level hitting the 1st floor. The band saw was sitting close to the edge of the mezzanine when it was struck by a ladder during the material removal process. An employee associated with the project was standing about 8’-10’ away from where the band saw landed but was unharmed.
