A Sprinkler Fitter cut his left elbow. The craftsman was removing a pipe
nipple from a sprinkler riser. As the craftsman was pulling downward on a pipe
wrench he hit his left elbow on a stainless steel electrical box cover causing
a 3”-4” cut on the elbow. The electrical box cover was slightly bigger than the
box causing a sharp edge to protrude from the edge of the box. The craftsman stopped work and covered the
cut with a paper towel.
