Repetitive Motion Task Causes Pain

An employee was mopping on a Friday and felt a pop and pain in their arm.  They employee continued to work Saturday and Monday.  On Tuesday, they worked for two hours before feeling enough pain to report it to their supervisor.


Factors to consider at your site or on your project include, but are not limited to, the following:

1) Report events immediately to your supervisor.

2)Take periodic breaks when performing repetitive motion tasks.
