Report Incidents!

The employee was pushing a heavy cart down the hallway.  When she walked away from the cart she noticed pain in her knee.  She thought she would be OK.  The next day when she woke-up, her knee was swollen.  She reported to her supervisor who took her to a medical facility for evaluation and treatmen.

Factors to consider at your site and/or project include, but not limited to the following:

1) Report incidents as soon as possible after they occurre!
2) Get help with heavy carts.

Consider this example as you complete today’s work activities.
